Life Coaching:
I offer LOA life coaching services to people who want to be able to achieve their dreams and goals or turn their problems around to be able to cope with their life events. I help you with practical strategies which are designed to turn potential problems into opportunities by changing your mindset and how you approach these events.
The Emotion Code:
I help you release stuck emotions by using The Emotion Code process. When the trapped emotions are released, it is like removing a heavy weight that is stopping you from moving forward. It can change how you feel and behave. You are able to enjoy your life without having the weight of the world on your shoulders.
NLP (neurolinguistics programming):
NLP is similar to hypnosis except that I don’t put you into a hypnotic trance. I help you by utilizing your senses during particular strategies to go from where you are to where you want to be in your life.
Reiki:
I am not a healer but rather a conduit. I allow myself to be used as the energy from God and the Universe flows through me and to the person I am working with. That person’s body uses the energy in whatever way it needs it. Reiki is all done from a place of pure love. I conduct Reiki sessions and also teach Reiki classes.
SPE (spiritual phytoessencing):
SPE is a unique form of aromatherapy created by Dr. Bruce Berkowsky. The essential oil blends which are created for a person not only help on a physical level but also on a psychospiritual level as well. I create customized blends for individuals which are specific to their life circumstances. I am not in the medical field and, therefore, do not diagnose, prescribe, treat, nor cure any medical issues. However, essential oils can be used to compliment and in conjunction with your regular medical practices. I conduct an “I Can Be” Transformational Program which utilizes the SPE imaginal blend process.
Root Chakra 30-Day Passion Project:
Once a year, I conduct a group teleseminar for 30 days to help balance the root chakra. This class helps you to use your creativity and passion to shift your confidence and success concerning areas addressed by the root chakra. By participating in the Passion Project you are able to tap into your excitement, enthusiasm, and creative power while being supported by other like-minded people.
Chakra Energy Center Jewelry:
I design bracelets and necklaces for each of the 7 chakra energy centers. These are created using crystals, gemstones, and a terra-cotta bead. Essential oil blends can be placed on the terra-cotta bead and used as your own personal air diffuser.
